Hey Julie - we go to Blurb.com. They have an "import blog" feature that grabs all the text and images. It's about 8-10 hours work (min.) of rearranging, etc, after you've imported the blog into their software. Our books have been ~150-180 pages. So some time investment, but I believe it'a a lot less than scrapbooking. One minor disappointment is that it doesn't include the comments for the articles.
